🎈 Rules for Visiting the Children's Playroom

• Visit the children's playroom in a good mood.
• Children in the playroom should behave politely, kindly, and be friendly towards other playing children, avoiding conflicts and fights.
• Admission is only allowed for healthy children who feel well.
• In the playroom, only indoor shoes or socks are allowed.
• Outerwear and outdoor shoes must be left in the designated area near the entrance.
• The playroom is not responsible for visitors' clothing and personal belongings.
• Please note that not all attractions in the playroom are suitable for children of all ages.
• The playroom should be kept clean and tidy (return games and items to their places after use).
• If any toy or other property of the playroom is damaged, please inform the administrator.
• Please adhere to the scheduled visit times and finish your celebration within the booked time.
• If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the administrator.

🚫 Prohibited in the Playroom

• Bringing sharp objects (knives, scissors, etc.) into the playroom.
• Damaging or breaking toys and other property of the playroom. In case of damage, the administration reserves the right to charge for the caused harm.
• Taking toys and property of the playroom outside its premises.
• Entering with candies, gum, drinks, or other food.
• Using fireworks for cakes and other pyrotechnics.
• Using soap bubbles.
• Bringing pets into the playroom.
• Consuming alcoholic beverages.
• Smoking.

🎉 Birthday Celebration

• Full payment for organizing a birthday celebration is made on-site in cash or via transfer to a bank account. Upon booking, the room is closed to other guests and is used exclusively by the participants of the celebration.
• Parents may arrive in advance for preparation. We provide: tables, chairs, and tableware.
• We do not provide food — parents may bring their own but are fully responsible for its quality and safety. Please consider the children's age and potential allergic reactions.
• If you wish to use the catering service, the order must be placed no later than 2 days before the birthday celebration. This is necessary to agree on the menu. Free delivery is provided for orders of 40 € or more. If the order amount is smaller, you can pick it up yourself from the kitchen of our partners.
• The celebration lasts 2.5 hours. After this, parents have 15 minutes for cleaning.
• After the celebration, please:
  • put toys back in their places;
  • clear the tables;
  • dispose of used disposable tableware, food waste, and other trash in the bin;
  • wipe the tables;
  • wash any used dishes belonging to the playroom.
• If you prefer not to clean yourself, you can order a cleaning service.
• The photographer's service is available only by prior arrangement, no later than 2 days before the event.
• The soap bubble show can be ordered directly on-site.
• In case of property damage, the administration has the right to demand compensation for the damage.
• Prohibited:
  • bringing items that may pose a danger to the life and health of children;
  • any physical or moral violence (fighting, insults, humiliation, accusations, or any other actions that may cause injury or emotional stress).
• In case of inability to hold the birthday celebration, it is mandatory to notify the administration at least 24 hours before the scheduled date! Contact the administrator to arrange another available date and time. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable.
• We kindly ask you to follow the rules to ensure a safe and pleasant atmosphere during the celebration.
