To book the children's playroom, you must pay a fee of 30 € to the company's account within two days of booking.
If this does not happen, the booking will be canceled.
In case of cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable.
When making a payment, please indicate your booking number in the comments.
Currently, only one payment method is available — by bank details.
We are actively working on implementing direct payment through the website to make the process more convenient and faster.

If you are unable to celebrate the birthday on your chosen day and time due to personal reasons, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.
In such cases, we offer the possibility to reschedule the event to any other available time within six months.
The final payment is made on-site before the event begins.
The booking fee is deducted from the total payment amount.

When booking a room for a birthday celebration, you are provided with 15 minutes before the event for preparation (if needed) and 15 minutes after the event for cleaning.
We provide children's tableware (plates, spoons, glasses) as well as pitchers for water or juice, a knife, a cutting board, and several large plates for fruits or snacks. The room is equipped with a sink and a toilet, ensuring convenience for children without the need to leave the room.
The maximum number of children per event is 20. If you did not specify the approximate number of children during booking, please notify us via SMS at +372 5553 9976 or through Facebook.
If you use our tableware, please return it clean at the end of the event. Additionally, toys should be returned to their places, and balloons should be collected.
If you prefer not to clean up after the event, you can order a cleaning service for 20 €.
